Jovani 48414 Scoop Neck Beaded Gown with Illusion Back
Jovani 48414 carries a single large motif across an otherwise plain gown. A scoop neckline sits on wide straps set at the outer shoulder, and one fanned motif of long pointed petals sweeps from one side of the bust down across the body to the opposite hip. That motif is the only ornament and it stops at the hip; below it the gown is plain to the hem. The bodice is soft and unboned, with sheer illusion fabric across the upper chest and beside the motif, and there is no waistband to break the line. The skirt is close through hip and thigh and eases into a modest flare from about the knee, and the back is scooped in a wide curve to about mid-back with sheer beaded illusion above and around it.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
