MNM Couture M1320 Off-the-Shoulder Puff Sleeve Sequin Column Evening Gown
MNM Couture M1320 is a sequin column evening gown with a soft off-the-shoulder line. A gently curved sweetheart neckline frames the collarbones, and removable sculptural puff sleeves sit at the upper arm for a statement couture shape. The fully sequined body follows the figure straight to the floor, with the densest sparkle across the bodice and sleeves. A high slit at the back of the skirt adds movement, and the back is cut straight across, off the shoulders.

We accept returns for regular-priced items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Laundered, smoked in, perfumed, stains, deodorant marks, used and worn items will not be accepted.
For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card , which can be used towards future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
